I founded Insightful Human in 2023 with a mission born from personal experience and a passion for change. After leaving a toxic job that left me emotionally and mentally scarred, I realized just how preventable workplace harm can be — and how devastating it is when companies overlook it.

My journey taught me that when managers lack the skills to lead with respect and empathy, the damage ripples through an entire organization. Burnout, turnover, and lost productivity aren’t just “employee problems” — they’re costly business risks. According to SHRM, replacing an employee can cost 3–6 months of their salary, and that’s before factoring in the long-term cultural damage caused by toxic leadership.

At Insightful Human, I help businesses close this costly gap by teaching leaders how to build workplaces that are both people-centered and performance-driven. I believe that when employees are treated with dignity, they thrive — and when they thrive, so does the business.
