Beyond HR:
AI Training & Neuro-Inclusive Consulting for Antifragile Teams
Future-proof your team now. We design active training programs to integrate tools like Gemini, CoPilot, and Claude into daily workflows, transforming them into productivity assistants that streamline performance and unlock employee potential.
Approximately 1 in 5 Americans identifies as neurodivergent. Since these unique thinkers require distinct motivation and support, the businesses that master accommodations and drive inclusion will lead the future workforce. We ensure your team benefits from these "out-of-the-box" perspectives.
Your employees are your greatest asset, but their individual needs are rarely met by standardized plans. We specialize in rethinking performance and productivity to drastically minimize attrition rates and save millions in recruitment costs.
Goal:
Stop the Turnover Cycle.
Start Building a Lasting Team.
We Achieve This Through:
Strategic workforce planning builds organizational resilience, proactively preparing your business to navigate future market shifts and operational hurdles.
Bespoke Performance Plans designed to foster engagement and retention for all employees, especially neurodivergent talent.
The belief that prioritizing employee well-being is a costly perk is wrong; creating a supportive culture is far less expensive than the fallout of high turnover. When you invest in fair treatment and skilled leadership, you secure your talent and guarantee organizational greatness.
The Obstacle is the Way
We're standing before the obstacle right now.
The workforce is collapsing. Employees are burned out, disengaged, trapped. We've normalized misery - Sunday scaries, Monday dread, TGIF, parents too exhausted to read one more story after a long day at work. We make memes about it instead of fixing it.
Progress has stalled. Not because people are lazy. Because the system is broken.
For decades, we've been building workplaces on shoddy foundations - made without thought, without insight. And when they collapse, we don't take the time to analyze where everything went wrong. We just hurry to rebuild the same crumbling structure, faster and cheaper than before.
But there's another choice: Carve a new path forward.
A sustainable future where roots run deep and support is built-in, not an afterthought. Where people don't dread work - and if they ever do, they're free to leave and find a place where they belong. Where AI transforms our duties into something that doesn't drown us, letting us work smarter, not longer. There's space for everybody, and there's space for innovation.
That's what an antifragile workforce could yield.

The Future of Work: Human Potential Augmented by AI
AI handles the busywork. Your people handle what matters. We build systems where technology amplifies human strengths—intuition, creativity, judgment—rather than replacing them. When challenges arise, these frameworks don't break. They adapt and strengthen. That's antifragility in action.
Balance That Actually Works
Work-life balance isn't a perk—it's strategy. We coach leaders to build resilient teams through mental health support and real boundaries. Our neuro-inclusive frameworks unlock the full potential of diverse thinkers, expanding your talent pool while strengthening every role.
Make Performance Reviews Matter
Annual reviews shouldn't feel like pointless busywork. We transform mandatory check-ins into meaningful conversations that drive engagement and growth. Replace the routine. Create impact. Give employees what they need and watch productivity rise.

BALANCE
HELLO, I'M SHAWN...
Neurodivergent. By Design
I have ADHD.
My mind makes connections others miss. Sees patterns in chaos. Hyper-focuses when something matters and refuses to waste energy on bullshit. This isn't a limitation I've learned to work around. It's a superpower I've learned to leverage.
Around one in five Americans is neurodivergent. That's 20% of your workforce bringing different ways of thinking, problem-solving, and innovating. Most organizations see this as something to "accommodate." I see it as a competitive advantage waiting to be unlocked.
I founded Insightful Human after living through twenty-three jobs where I watched fragile systems break people, including me. I was the employee drowning in poorly designed processes. Judged by metrics that didn't measure what actually mattered. Managed by people who mistook control for leadership.
So I got an MBA. Learned the frameworks. Spoke the language of business. Then I combined it with something most consultants don't have: lived understanding of what it's like when systems don't work for different brains.
My dual B.A. degrees in English Literature and Religious Philosophy taught me to think about meaning, purpose, and the human condition. My MBA taught me to build sustainable systems. My ADHD taught me to see what everyone else is missing.
From my home in the Pacific Northwest (where I live with my two kids and our cat, Gus), I help organizations:
Design systems that work for neurodivergent AND neurotypical minds
Build leadership that celebrates difference instead of demanding conformity
Create performance frameworks that measure actual impact
Integrate AI in ways that amplify human strengths
I'm not here to help you "accommodate" neurodivergent employees.
I'm here to show you why your organization can't reach its full potential without us.
Because when you build for the edges (for the brains that work differently), you build something stronger for everyone.
That's antifragility.
